1. Orders & Bookings

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.

2. Deposits & Payments

• For wedding and event florals, a deposit (as specified in your quote or proposal) is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your proposal.

3. Prices & Quotes

• All quotes are valid for the period specified in your proposal.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of increased costs for flowers, materials, or services.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery dates and times are confirmed at the time of booking.

• While we take care to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, or third-party courier issues.

• Any collection from our studio must be arranged in advance.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to confirmed orders must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

• Cancellations after confirmation may result in loss of deposit, depending on timing and circumstances.

• Refunds for cancellations will be handled according to the deposit policy outlined in your quote.

6. Floral Availability

• We use seasonal, locally grown flowers whenever possible.

• If a specific flower is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative of equal quality and value.

7. Liability

• BOHO Gardens & Blooms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

• While we take care to ensure all flowers and arrangements are of high quality, natural products may vary in appearance. 8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of BOHO Gardens & Blooms and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy

• Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
